Natural ways to prevent hair loss

Every woman dreams of long lustrous locks! Unfortunately, hair fall has become the most annoying problem these days. Hair loss is a common issue that affects millions around the globe. Though it is painless, it can be a stressful experience to lose hair on a daily basis, considering the fact that women associate hair with beauty. The thought of going bald is a nightmare! Also losing too much hair makes one look older at a young age. Including a wide number of hair products in your hair care regimen may sometimes NOT be helpful and using simple natural hair care products can go a long way!

What causes hairfall?
Hair fall is a condition that can result due to various reasons like poor appetite, improper sleep, lack of hygiene, hormonal imbalances, excessive use of expensive hair products and application of heat and the list goes on.

Let us now look at some fixes that will transform your tresses when combined with natural hair care products.

1. Eat nutritious food
Though this advice is often overlooked, eating a balanced and nutritious diet can prove beneficial in the long run. Human body needs constant fuel in the form of essential fatty acids, lean protein, B-vitamins, and minerals such as zinc, iron and selenium to grow healthy hair. But don't expect immediate results to show the moment you start to load up on nutrients important for healthy hair. The results could take longer to show. Be persistent with healthy eating alongside use of organic hair products.

2. Meditate
Stress! This six letter word is the cause of a lot of problems that come our way. One of the major issues is hair loss! Include meditation in your daily routine and get rid of this stress and eventually hair loss.

3. Drink green tea
Green tea revitalises your hair follicles and stimulates the production of hair. It also boosts your metabolism which ultimately leads to increased rate of hair growth. Just condition your hair with a green tea solution as a part of organic hair care and notice the change!

4. Avoid too much of chemical products
If your hair has suddenly started to behave abnormally, the answer lies in the products you use. Whenever you buy a new shampoo or any styling product, check the label of ingredients on the back side! The logic is simple. If you see too much chemical-ish names e.g sulfates, silicone, paraben, the chances are that the product isn’t really safe. Also, choosing organic hair products that contain ingredients like Aloe vera, Amla (Emblica officinalis), lavender or any other herb can be very helpful.

5. Hot oil massage
Heat any oil of your choice (preferably organic olive or coconut) and massage slowly in the roots using your fingertips. This is a highly recommended step of organic hair care. Massaging will increase blood flow to the scalp, improve the strength of hair strands and condition your scalp.
